The Complete Checklist for Your First Independent Class

Teaching in a gym is easy. You show up, plug in, and leave. Teaching independently? You are the entire operations department. Don't panic. Here is your checklist.

The Tech Bag

• Bluetooth Speaker (Charged!)
• Backup Aux Cord (Bluetooth fails)
• Phone Charger & Battery Pack
• Tripod (if filming content)

The Admin

• Waivers (Digital QR code or paper copies)
• Sign-in Sheet (Capture emails!)
• Cash box or Square Reader (for walk-ins)

The Timeline

30 Mins Before: Arrive at venue. Check locks. Turn on heat/AC.

15 Mins Before: Music on (low volume). Doors open. Greet every human.

5 Mins After: The "Ask." Remind them to book next week.

15 Mins After: Clean up. Lock up. Leave it better than you found it.
