The Story
Studio Planner was born from a frustration experienced by studio owners everywhere. Our founder, while running a multi-use studio space, spent countless hours juggling spreadsheets, chasing down payments, and manually coordinating teacher schedules. Meanwhile, the inbox was flooded with inquiries from qualified teachers desperate to find reliable space to teach.
The disconnect was obvious: studio owners had empty time slots losing money, and teachers were searching for exactly those slots. But there was no efficient way to connect them, and no system designed specifically for this unique business model.
We built Studio Planner to bridge that gap. Starting with our own studio, we created tools to automate scheduling, billing, and payments. Then we added the teacher marketplace, allowing studios to discover and connect with verified teachers actively looking for space.
Today, Studio Planner serves studios across the country, helping them generate additional monthly revenue by turning empty hours into thriving classes.
